Printing service in China is not convenient as Taiwan. In China, general convenience stores don't have copy services.Therefore, even for small amount copying, people still have to travel a long way to the local print shop.

Dio often works too late and misses the opening hours of the copy shop. He hopes to have a 24H self-service printing service near his dormitory.
Service Goal
Our goal is to popularize the copying services. By minifying the space needs of the machine, reducing manpower, providing after-sale service, and combining mobile devices, the service can be promoted more easily.
For Merchant
We take advantage of space-saving, after-sales service, and low labor costs to cooperate with local grocery stores, convenience stores, and office buildings, to make them place our machines to provide services.
For Customer
This service is aimed at people who needs a small amount but emergency copy need, so the unit price of the service is higher. The main advantage of the service is convenient, easy to find, fully self-service and support mobile devices. The main functions are: copying, ID copying, flash drive printing, and mobile phone printing.
Mobile Payment
Users in mainland China usually use mobile payment, so we provide QR Codes for the payment, users can pay by using their mobile phone to scan the QR code on the machine screen. Through the intuitive and step-by-step guide, users can complete the whole copying process from setting to payment by themselves!

One page one function, intuitive and easy-to-understand operation mode can guide the user step by step to complete their copy job by themselves!

Wechat Mini Program
We found that users in mainland China are more tend to use WeChat mini-programs than downloading various apps. Therefore, we developed a mini programs "複印小天王" for users to search our service, print WeChat files, and also pay by WeChat. Users can also make an printing reservation by uploading their files to our cloud system, and print the file within 24 hours.

Use your mobile phone to scan the QR code to connect the physical machine next to you, then select the file to print.

專案心得
這項專案對我來說比較有挑戰的部分是小程序的設計。由於台灣人普遍比較沒有使用微信小程序的習慣，因此在小程序開發的初期需要花點時間去研究、參考類似功能小程序的設計。另外一個困難點是—小程序的開發是以外包的形式進行，而且是發包給中國的工作室。外包的缺點是修改功能較缺乏彈性，有什麼變動都可能要收取額外費用，加上合作團隊並非台灣的工程師，因此溝通和工作習慣差異都會有點挑戰。
為了讓小程序可以順利開發，並盡可能不受限於外包團隊。我對小程序的前端也做了些功課。小程序不是App的架構，而是網頁，使用的語法 WXML, WXSS 和網頁的 html, css 大同小異，網路上也有很多教學資源可以查找。我利用空閒的時間學習，後來確實派上用場。在外包的合約結束後，主管才又提出要新增裝機申請表單，於是我用 WXML, WXSS 刻出小程序中的裝機申請表單樣式，再交給IT部門的同事去做串接，成功解決新增表單的需求。
